Being Positive Helps Others ….

Sometimes we get so wound up in our own stuff that we forget to help take care of others too. You can’t just be this person in life who needs help it always feels better when you are able to help yourself. Why it’s important to not forget to be grateful when you practice gratitude you are in that mental space of peace and appreciation which some pride themselves as being in. I don’t think it’s fair to assume we should always be in a place of peace and pride. That would be asking for too much perfection, we have to remember also that we are human can have fun and take life seriously at the same time, it’s all about knowing your place in life with people and be accepting of the kind of love you’re given even if it means making fun of you. Some things you just learn to not take to heart.

There will always be days we may decide to call a “mental health day” or issue but really not all of us are on meds or need to be on meds. Eventually we will all work, have lives, interact with family, and friends and maybe this blog is a good experience of living life seeing reality from the shoes of another and recognize your life you get to go back to just being yourself and holding up in the midst of any underlying chaos brewing in any city. Culturally we are at our best fun loving, appreciative, considerate, vocal everything strong that we are supposed to be in life.

Being positive is helpful for people who can’t handle moods, chaos, controversy, hardship, complaints, the word “suicide”, or “self-harm”, we all have our limits. As a writer it’s my goal to explain and help others as they go through life. I get how equally frustrating and hard it is to hear what someone sounds like when they’re not doing well. So online be positive you don’t need to elevate the conversation to get things working for you or anyone in a positive direction. Being lighthearted means you’ve surpassed those phases of difficulty wiser as a result and able to give back to others in life. That’s a good place to be in life.
