What is sufficient? …

When I think of sufficiency, I think about saving time, and working through problems diligently. When we are diligent we are focused on the solution, rather than over focus on the problem at hand. It is said sufficiency means to “focus on finding balance, defining “enough.” [1]

Do we really have to be the best at everything? Maybe you dont need to be the best at everything, but dont do the bare minimum. Find some professional balance when it comes to work, career, and making progress as an individual finding their way in life. Dont feel lost in this battle between what you’re supposed to do versus what your presently doing. There is always room for improvement.

Dont stop learning, learning is key to expanding your perspective in life. When we broaden our understanding of life, we find more solution, to things we previously had a problem comprehending.

I for example, have always wanted to help others, and building a campaign online to better assist others in comprehending solution in all its variety, took me some time to figure out what to share and how to share that, using creative writing and individual communications, in life including correspondence to and from the organizations I wanted to work with in solving problems in life.

The point is you cant do this alone, reach out for help when you need it, and stop in your tracks just because you cant understand something now. You will grow more confident in your understanding in life, by working through problems not just on your own but with the help of others, who also contribute to the overall goal, of making things happen in the positive in life.

Have a positive mindset of I can do this, instead of its too hard why bother, of course it matters that you care, no one has to be doing the same thing as you, for you to begin a new project.

Think back to your schooling, when given the same assignment, each has to produce their own insight as to a topic, that differs from one another, and the same goes for life, we may all face the same problem, but how we go about helping others, doesn’t have to be the same.

In this way we are better able also to help ourselves in the process of helping others. All things are possible with a little bit of focus on putting in the work and effort to contribute your focus to an overall picture of what needed to be done to complete an objective goal of many.
