You go through a lot in life …

You go through a lot in life sometimes it brings you together with others sometimes it sets you apart. There are a variety of ways to get through difficultly the best way is to be proactive whether that’s paying attention, doing volunteer work, getting jobs, and helping others pick up the pieces. The point is we can’t do this alone and better in the company of others are we better able to see the world and our place in it.

Don’t be intimated by others called specialists in their fields everyone’s opinion on the state of affairs is valid not just my own not just the opinion of one but all so listen more. Listen until you can speak, listen until you learn, listen until you gain a more broad perspective on what is and what things are not in life. The best way to reflect accurately is in the positive what is there to learn, what is there to take from a situation in life, how are we interpreting events in life or interactions.

According to Google “Positive reflection is the intentional practice of focusing on strengths, successes, and optimistic outcomes to improve mental health, resilience, and daily happiness.” [1] I know that in fear of what was I got involved and blogged, showed up to court upon my own will and began helping from there, that’s my fascination with SCOTUS and politics being a law student and recognize how things are made and wanting to make something for myself and others helpful during difficult times. In all seriousness these are troubling times there is racism, anti-semitism (my Mom is Filipino Catholic) and it’s not easy for me to get up here and blog everyday so recognize where the negative judgment is coming from and don’t think too much about it. If the world were perfect we wouldn’t judge others for the opinions they hold or their help or mental health for that matter.
