Getting Going …

There are many ways to fight fatigue. Here are a few examples of how to get going again: (1) exercise daily, (2) drink lots of water, (3) try to lose weight, (4) don’t take naps, (5) go to bed early and wake up early, (6) read, (7) listen to music. -Recently I have been focusing on doing at least 30 mins of cardio everyday, to me that’s to prevent burn out and not crash the minute I get going again. It’s not easy to get going if you’ve been at rest for awhile or taken a break from working out weekly, be patient, don’t be too hard on yourself. It’s been my experience setting goals that once you accomplish doing things that give you your energy back you’ll want to add more things to that daily to do list, know your priorities. For some reason when I’m feeling good I’m more likely to make impulsive decisions like contacting old friends, reaching out to a crush, shopping, while it may feel good in the moment, know your limits. It’s always best to share the best of you, if you’re one of those people upon posting on Facebook everyone is called worried about you then you might be like me, not realizing in the moment what you are saying is either too personal, or not positive and uplifting enough. It’s important when you share online you don’t worry your audience, or have something to share that upon thinking about makes others feel good, reassured, basically lighten the load, now is much different than how things were before COVID, there’s way more stress, and a higher likelihood of people snapping or becoming upset with you, do your best to be supportive without making people feel bad about themselves, including yourself. So what are good things to do for yourself to get other people off your case: (1) get a job start working again, (2) limit blogging to share only your best work, (3) avoid impulsive tweeting on Twitter being too vocal about your feelings or opinions, (4) participate on social media without posting 5 times a day 1-2 times is enough, don’t tire your audience. Have you ever noticed when things feel like too much you get tired, that’s what I’m describing. Your privacy is so important and while your problems may feel big in the moment, if it’s something you don’t want to talk about again later in the future then it’s probably a good idea not to put that information online about yourself let alone others. I’ve even noticed with text messaging and messenger, it’s a good feeling to hear from others but don’t overstay your welcome it’s important to keep busy and to have positive things to share about yourself that’s what makes people feel good it’s not just a lifestyle your living that attracts others to want to hear from you, it’s that you’re doing well and by sharing about how you are leading your life others can make more careful decisions for themselves moving forward based on the experiences you share thinking wise from your life. We are all here to help eachother, the last thing anyone wants to do is let anyone down, make anyone tired or turned off, so do your part.
