You won’t be alone forever …

Part of finding that special someone means keeping ourselves busy and not wait for the right person to come along they’ll come around when you least expect it.

Learning to be alone is difficult however it helps us to build self-worth. It’s with that strong foundation created by being alone helps to foster better healthier relationship moving forward. [1]

When you don’t feel the need to be with someone, it makes being with someone that much better truly valuing your time with someone without setting unreasonable expectations for time together.

Be authentic

Cut to the chase

Be open

Try new things

Don’t wait

Get in shape

Be emotionally ready

Don’t wonder too much about who and when, the right person will stay by your side no matter what. Give a relationship time to develop. Not everything happens at once at times. Finding that special someone means they love you whole heartedly without expecting  anything in return. You don’t need to be perfect to be loved.

They all come around it’s just a matter of time. Don’t be afraid to start as friends don’t rush it. “Research shows 66% of couples start as friendships.” [2] No matter how old you are there is always opportunity to find a life partner in life who you can spend living life with and experience the joy and comfort of having someone in life to call home.

Its likely to happen when you value yourself. Don’t settle for less or allow people to treat you badly [3] you deserve better than that. It can be a pattern of blaming ourselves for the relationships we fall into but it’s never too late to make changes and value yourself in a way you’ll attract different people into your life.

“Every day you’re choosing who you are and what you believe about yourself, and you’re setting the standards for the relationships in your life. Every day is a chance to start over.” [4]
