The future is not certain but if we want to stay balanced we have to stay in the present and be mindful. With so much going on in the world it’s no wonder we feel this stress and anxiety about the future, especially financially and health wise.
Maybe you’re overcoming a loss, or a job change this can all produce feelings of anxiety. Meeting a deadline, being on time. Sometimes anxiety can keep us from doing the things we need to do [1] often held back by these feels of fear about the future and simply can’t get going. There are ways to get help, you’re not alone.

[2] This is common, also “life-changing events also can increase anxiety.” [3] We may not be perfect, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get help for our troubles in life whether that’s through talk therapy or meds there are many ways to be supported in the process of overcoming your anxiety about life and your future.
