Mental Health Blog

Let your fears go at least for now. In the present moment you’re reading this blog trying to better yourself and find some way to be apart of something bigger than yourself. I know why I’m here, the truth is you are not as strong on your own compared to being surrounded by others like minded working on themselves too.

There’s power in numbers, increasing your odds of overcoming what troubles you knowing there are similar people out there somewhere who enjoy reading this blog too. I know blogging makes me feel less alone and feel supported and I want to give back that same support my readers offer to me and everyone!

It is said that: “A support group holds power in numbers by transforming individual vulnerability into collective resilience, offering psychological, social, and practical advantages that individual settings cannot replicate.” [1]

We usually fear what we don’t know, but through blogging you get to piece by piece put together a broader perspective with the help of audience feedback which lets you know if your on the right path and headed toward a greater understanding of life upon which all can relate. I must admit it’s hard to get started but looking back I’m glad I put the work in even when the times were tough and unsure or unclear about how to approach difficult subjects in life.

Stick around for the good moments in life. It means not to leave or abandon your dreams or where you could be heading in life self sabotaging and starting over too many times in life. Eventually you have to keep going without looking back and I want to encourage you to focus on the future in a positive way for yourself. Practicing affirmations reminding yourself you are special, you are smart, you are worthy, you are caring, you are a good person, you mean well, you act in the best interests of others, you know in your heart that you be a better person one day at a time.
