Taking a Break …

Recently have taken a break from work it’s been three weeks now, still in good standing, when they have work again for me will call. Meanwhile practicing applying for jobs again and getting views just going through the process helps build confidence moving forward when it’s time to grow. I applied to a life coaching company that trains so hope I get in and can work freelance and they have different programs. A lot of the life coaching groups I’ve looked into accepting applicants are teams you work together with who life coach on the side or full time and able to do other things in life like have families or keep a day job, it’s something they add on top of what they’re already doing. Still taking courses on Udemy I signed up for a life coaching school over a year ago and then pulled out of the program and got a job instead. Maybe should’ve stayed since that’s the direction I’m growing in as a blogger online, learning and teaching back solutions, assuming there are others with similar concerns as me moving forward who enjoy hearing from others can hopefully be that person in life not who states the obvious or tells it like it is but helps to spark positive discussions doesn’t have to be related to what’s going on in the news always. That’s just the content I’ve chosen to discuss. It’s what was helpful to me, to my sense of peace, to discuss what’s going on in the news.

It’s been a month now off Invega, it was a sudden change for me since I was doing so well working. Need to find a new doctor to do a monthly injection but take the pill form of a med that works for me right now not sure if I want to go back to abilify because it causes weight gain I took it for 5 days this month and gained 10 lbs already so not sure about it, why I used to walk/run everyday because the meds make you gain so much weight, I don’t even eat a lot anyways. For example since moving to my new apartment I lost 30 lbs not even dieting or working out a lot just from walking the compound everyday, so I guess it’s the small changes you make in life when it comes to weight loss, finding a system that works for you. I’ve never been an intense cardio class girl, I used to play club soccer and in college, and law school, so I don’t really do intense workouts anymore, I’m more about conserving energy than pushing myself to extremes, the meds don’t really help with grit determination energy you’re kind of left in a blah state with mind half asleep which sucks wakefulness is a big issue for me I nap a lot.

I’m excited about my new Instagram! I searched all the likes and follower programs you can sign up for and picked two one for my mymollydoll1985 and one for my new account! mymollydoll.lifecoach on Instagram! I’m so excited the follower count on the account I was given works, compared to buying followers, there’s no participation and they leave. So I’m glad that on this new account there’s participation and likes! Really cool I’ve been blogging for 10 years and have never had more than 2,000 followers or any comments, took awhile to buckle down choose themes and come up with patterns and still share some of myself personally and be comfortable with it all. Taking a professional approach while still being honest about my condition was a big step for me and wasn’t sure how they would respond, but I’m glad that they showed up anyways for a public like.
