To My Sunday Fans …

,

Prevention weeks and the past two months have flown by, but I couldn’t have done it without all your support, so credit yourself for braving the conditions with me on my experimental journal toward peace and a growing mutual understanding of circumstances. I hope you all feel stronger as a result of watching me combat mental illness in every corner possible to what may seem artificial but in reality has paid dividends moving forward and new crust to fill the pie, a new chapter to turn the page, and new future to walk through to knowing we have all done our best to care and with compassion faced all that we weren’t meant to say out loud sometimes it’s in the frustration of having to say something that solution can be found, however difficult or easy it appears in the aftermath, it’s better safe that sorry, to put the effort in than to allow with risk anything to continue not by the support of any majority or minority on issues. To me that’s prevention a brave step in the right direction through the heat turmoil and aggressions and transgressions and come out whole on the other end, bearing less weight from the past, stand a little taller, chins up again and wear the past with heart and compassion nothing to be ashamed of or take blame for that’s being strong for others, it feels better to withstand things difficult than to avoid and let hurt.

So today we are to be mindful and appreciative of all those who have fought long and hard to be heard, with a new found forgiveness and light hearted reflection, how could it be, if that were only me, and be glad from where you stand. You don’t have to face your troubles alone, the beauty of writing is that we can walk eachother through some of the most vague esoteric artificial superficial unimaginable battles and dilemmas in life and through guided reflection make choices from where we stand what to harbor, be removed of, or healed from something from our minds spoken through another or identified, it’s the gift that keeps on giving, thinking about life and resonating all that has transpired and evaluate things again from afar removing ourselves from the pain or anguish of anything not said or made unclear and work again on difficulty which doesn’t have to be solved in one day to make peace with others, a little effort made each day can go a long way whether that change and mechanism for prevention is permanent and sturdy enough to maintain a peace among all or falters yet again, there will always be reasons for instability our job is to just not be one of them.

The more you fight a competing energy the more it eats you up inside, don’t be devoured by negativity in life, fill yourself up with all the good things and thoughts that make you who you are affirming your place again no matter at what center of the issues you start, you can always begin again, that’s the strength of character that makes you resilient to all reactions and problems in life able to decipher your part from the place of others situated and also have enough compassion and strength within yourself to not make the journey more difficult for either side, maintain peace. That’s the type of strength needed in difficult times, not allowing any hurt to fester, shielding others from harm, confronting fears and not allow those fears to take hold, and provide a solid ground or framework to start establishing other discussions not catered to bringing any one person down to extremes.
