We all have different cares in the world. In general you want to make the world a better place. It’s true that “human nature seeks cooperation, shared happiness, and mutual support rather than conflict.” [1] When faced with the challenge to care, we all differ in who we support in life, and what changes and difficulties affect us most.
Sometimes motivation comes from wanting things to get better not just for yourself but for others too. Inspire others to improve too as you go through your journey in life. Lead by example it’s not just by what you have to say in life. Actions speak louder than words. What can work is by “demonstrating good habits, work ethic, and values” [2] to instill upon others, to try hard too in life to be the best version of themselves. Empower others to see their potential and support the healthy development of your team in life. [3] John Quincy Adams, once said “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more…”[4]
It’s all about balance. It’s okay to focus on yourself but don’t ignore your surroundings or others, it’s not all about you and what you need to survive in life, we all need each-other at times. There’s a difference between what you do for yourself and what you do for others, within reason it’s rewarding to give thanks for good causes and contribute to the bigger picture of wellness and progress. We all have an affect on each-other be someone positive uplifting if you want change to occur and make the world a better place.
