Nervous Over Competitions …

,

Maybe this wasn’t the best year in terms of the rates of crime, but nonetheless I showed up anyways, and that takes a lot of courage in spite of violence in and around the community. I think what makes things better, is when you get better, and rise to the occasion, and provide sound feedback and support, during all moments of trauma, or devastation, sometimes that’s the only way to come back center.

I think recently not feeling well, and not knowing why, could be for a lot of reasons as a writer in public, you will not feel good, you will worry, you will feel sick, you will not know what to do or say, theres no manual for blogging that tells you how to respond to situation public in terms of crime, or tertiary social issues and people problems, whats more important you ask yourself.

At a time like this, right now, is when people are coming out of a down, and expect for things to get better, so that might explain why people are not feeling well, or why some people went down in life, it was a hard time adjusting from a COVID lockdown period, to working again, and now that life has started again, well then of course people should be feeling better and better we would expect, but that’s not the case as it seems, people are still not sure of what to do or what to say at a time like this.

I was only considering going to the hospital, because I simply wasn’t feeling well, had physical illness, that’s not because of anything, Im sober, I don’t drink, I take meds as directed, my blog is doing well, Im dating my sweetheart from my 20s, I just interviewed at Milken Institute, this is my year for making things better, and working towards a more adult and independent life, but its not been easy. Sometimes when you are not feeling well you need to be seen by a doctor, to determine what is wrong with you, so that was all that was, I don’t really want to get into anything Im not sure of either, is the issue.

Back to “nervousness” you know when things don’t feel right its hard to go through with things in life, so that’s just across the board, something that you may experience in life. As a reader you don’t really have the expectation of providing a feeling to others, and you don’t really have to understand anything Im saying, and I would never write anything that doesn’t make sense, or isn’t true, I always speak the truth. It’s just sometimes with mental health issues, you can’t prove whats causing you illness, and if you cant prove whats causing you illness, then you just have to get better, stronger, and more on point in life.

So that’s fighting mental illness, you don’t allow an illness to take over or to consume you, but you battle the symptoms. So if its feeling tired, you get out of bed and do things, like clean your room, go to Starbucks. If you are worried about what people think, you edit your Twitter, you write a more professional looking blog post, you take good photos. If you feel sick or sad and miss someone you love, you may text them, or tell them you love them. You will enter many different stages emotionally, when you are going through a lot, so don’ waste your time worrying what others think, and just get well.
